Todd Jeter, LCSW, CADC III

Todd is a Licensed Therapist and a leader in behavioral health. Prior to forming Fjord Counseling, Todd served in a variety of mental health and addictions treatment settings. Todd has held leadership roles as the Behavioral Health Director for a Coordinated Care Organization of the Oregon Health Plan, as the Director of a Federally Qualified Health Center, and as the Director of Residential Services for an Oregon Non-Profit. He regularly contributes as a behavioral health subject matter expert in Rules Advisory Committees hosted by the Oregon Health Authority and provides feedback on behavioral health legislative concepts. As a provider, Todd has performed direct services in hospital, emergency room, residential, primary care, and outpatient settings over the course of the past ten years. Todd specializes in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, and chronic stress. Todd has completed advanced training in EMDR, DBT,CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing treatment modalities. His approach is person-centered and builds from a foundational belief in the inherent value of each individual and the innate human capacity for positive change and self-attainment. Todd is a devoted husband and the father of two beautiful girls. His family is his life and his joy. Karen Weiner, LCSW

Karen has been a Licensed Therapist for 35 years. She received her Masters of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento but considers herself a true Oregonian, living in the Willamette Valley since 1995. During her time as a social worker, Karen has worked with adolescents, adults and older adults, and employs a behavioral approach accompanied by an appreciation for the importance of meeting each individual where they are at on their journey. She has a young mind with an insatiable appetite for learning how to best care for others. Karen has served in a variety of community based organizations and has expertise in helping her clients and their families navigate the complex “systems” of health care and social support. Because Karen has lived experience caring for family members with mental health concerns and has supported her own mother through the ageing process, cognitive decline, and an eventual journey through hospice, she has a unique appreciation for the challenges of caregiving across the life cycle. Karen has been married for many years and is the mother of two sons and grandmother to two little girls who bring her joy and awaken her inner child. Karen loves the Oregon lifestyle and has a strong need to be outdoors. Some of her favorite activities are running (with her labradoodle and office mate Penny), and hiking and RV camping with her husband Andy. She loves the color of life and embraces the differences of cultural experiences and diversity. Kara is a Licensed Therapist and holds a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. Kara has been practicing in the mental health field for the past six years, working in a variety of settings. She is passionate about the human experience and working with others to find meaning in their lives. Kara approaches her work through a trauma-focused lens and supports others through processing life experiences. She utilizes a variety of modalities to meet her client’s unique needs, and is adept in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques. She approaches therapy with a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude toward all, and holds closely the belief that everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. Kara values a healthy work-life balance and believes in the importance of self-care. Outside of the office she loves connecting with friends and taking time to explore and travel with her family. She is a passionate long-distance runnier, enjoys skiing, and takes every opportunity to be outdoors playing in nature. Tim is a Clinical Social Work Associate and holds a Master of Social Work degree from Pacific University. Tim has been working in the mental health and social services fields for the past five years. After graduating with their MSW, Tim worked for a videogame studio creating play therapy cards and video games. Since that time, Tim has worked in sustainable housing for low-income individuals, provided direct services to adults, and served as a child and family therapist. Tim is passionate about helping people discover and connect with meaning in their lives and holds closely the recognition that everyone's journey is unique. Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Erica’s professional practice has been centered in the non-profit sphere with a focus on the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She recognizes the unique, intrinsic value of each individual and strives to meet her clients where they are at. Erica grounds her work in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered foundation and is adept at tailoring interventions to her client’s individual strengths and goals. Moriah Hager is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. Originally from Wyoming, she made the trek to Oregon in August 2018. She’s been a practicing therapist in the Eugene for approximately 6 years. When she’s not working, she’s often out exploring the sites and scenery Oregon has to offer, or spending time with her husband and their 16-year-old cat Rascal. With a solid foundation in healthcare administration and customer service, Tabetha has honed her skills in task management, effective communication, and ensuring quality patient experiences. Outside of her professional life, Tabetha enjoys snowboarding and lakeside getaways with her partner.
